The Party Files: Gap 1969 Denim-LA style

Mix moderately priced designer-esque denim with a personalized taco truck and the fabulous people will flock. And that's exactly what happened at the Gap x Vogue pop up launch for the new 1969 Denim line. I'm on a mission to convince Gap to bring the Pico de Gap on over to DC's food truck scene if we promise to show up just as hiply dressed as our Cali counterparts.

Tacos before Denim. Word.

And don't forget to bring the cute DJ and hunky bartender along too...
Are you fans of the new line? The marketing team is top notch because I trekked my way downtown to the biggest Gap in Chicago during a recent visit just to see it for myself.
Black Skinny Boot (All $70!)

Hands up for the Curvy

Real Straight (My fav fit in their other denim, but not the quite the same in this one)

  1. So Glad Your Back!!!

I feel like i haven't liked gap jeans for about 15 years, but these I like. Especially that "perfect boot" with the double button. Of course, they would look better if my thighs were the same width as my ankles, but hey, no jean is perfect.

And yes, tacos before jeans. Or any type of clothing. Always.
